<p>There is no question we live in a highly toxic environment. Buy fresh fruits and vegetables when possible.<br>• Store food and drinks in non-plastic containers, such as glass, stainless steel, or ceramic.<br>• When possible, purchase items that are labeled BPA and phthalate-free. ontainers, such as water and baby bottles, which are more likely to contain BPA.<br>• Avoid buying vinyl products.<br>• When possible, purchase items that are labeled BPA and phthalate free.<br>• Avoid the plastics marked 3 (PVC or vinyl), 6 (polystyrene foam), or 7 (can<br>contain BPA). Choose safer plastics marked 1, 2, 4, 5.</p>

<p>It is secreted from the pineal gland in response to darkness which conveys to the brain that it is time to go to bed.&#x1f319;&#x1f634;<br>Mind you it is produced in picograms, and we use it in milligrams!<br>Melatonin is the primary medication for insomnia as per AAFP ( American Academy of Family Physicians) even though it is not FDA approved.</p>



<p>Best indications would be;<br>Any circadian rhythm issues such as jetlag, night work, when other lifestyle modifications don&#8217;t help, aging-related sleep issues, some neurodegenerative diseases&#8230;<br>Ideally better used briefly and at low doses&#8230;.</p>
